Terms of service
What Automapped does, what it deliberately does not do, and what you are agreeing to.
The agreement
These terms are between you and Automapped Growth Systems. Using Automapped means accepting them. If you are using it for a company, you are confirming you may accept them on that company's behalf.
What Automapped is
Automapped models your app's growth, diagnoses the single constraint holding it back, ranks what to do about it with the evidence attached, and evaluates the experiments you run. It can draft copy for you to review.
Automapped never publishes anything, changes a live store listing, spends money on your behalf, or takes any action outside itself. Approving a draft records your decision — it does not ship it. Everything that reaches the public does so because you put it there.
This is a design decision rather than a missing feature, and we will not quietly reverse it. If external action is ever added it will be off by default, opt-in per workspace, and audited.
Your account
You sign in with GitHub, so your account is only as secure as your GitHub account — use two-factor authentication there. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.
You can use Automapped without an account, in which case everything stays in your browser and none of the account terms apply.
Your data is yours
You keep every right in what you put into Automapped and in what Automapped produces from it. We claim no ownership and no licence beyond what is needed to run the service for you: storing it, showing it back to you, and — only when you ask for a draft — sending the relevant part of it to a model provider.
We do not use your workspace to train anything, and we require the same of the providers we route to. Settings exports everything in a workspace as a file you keep.
What a model writes is a draft
Drafts are generated by a language model. Models get things wrong, confidently, and this one is writing about your business rather than a subject it knows.
Every draft is your responsibility before it reaches anyone. Automapped flags the claims it thinks need checking, but that flag is the model's own assessment and is not a guarantee — an empty list is an assertion, not a clean bill of health.
Automapped is not legal, financial, tax or professional advice. Its analysis is a tool for your judgement, not a replacement for it. Growth is not guaranteed.
What you agree not to do
- Use Automapped to break the law, or the rules of any app store you publish to.
- Upload someone else's confidential material, or personal data you have no right to share.
- Try to get the model to produce something illegal, deceptive or harmful.
- Attack the service — probing for vulnerabilities is welcome by email, not by trying it in production.
- Resell Automapped as your own product, or scrape it to build a copy.
- Work around the usage limits, or run automated traffic against it.
Automapped has limits on how much model usage a workspace can consume. They exist to keep costs predictable and may change.
Availability
Automapped is early software and is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available, that it will be free of faults, or that we will keep any particular feature. We may change or discontinue it. If we discontinue it, we will give you enough notice to export your workspaces.
Automapped depends on services we do not control — the host, the database, GitHub, the model providers. An outage in any of them is an outage in Automapped.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Automapped Growth Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from your use of Automapped. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Ending it
You can stop using Automapped whenever you like, and delete your account from Settings — it takes effect immediately. Export anything you want to keep first; Settings does that too. For anything the button does not cover, email atlasgrowthos@gmail.com. We may suspend an account that is breaking these terms, and will say why unless doing so would make the problem worse.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the product before they take effect, not slipped into a date at the bottom of the page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, whose courts have jurisdiction.
The privacy policy covers what is collected and where it goes.
